FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

The Jazz Hands Fellowship Program is designed for individuals who have previously volunteered with us and who are willing to take on new leadership roles within the organization. The Fellowship Program is an intensive leadership experience. While recruiting a Jazz Fellow, we look not only for leadership potential and problem-solving skills but also their dedication and passion towards the ethos of the organization.

Fellows are responsible for the management of an entire school, ranging from coordinating with authorities, overlooking and planning sessions, and showcase preparation and execution. Our fellowship program provides an environment and support system that is conducive to developing interpersonal skills, leadership potential and to further emerge as a critical thinker and problem solver.

 

Fellows work closely with the Executive Board, Pune Municipal Corporation, Corporate partners and School Administrators to ensure the smooth functioning of all Jazz Hands related activities. They are the point of contact for volunteers as well as students.
